Affiliate Programme Terms

Every application is reviewed by a person. We reply by email, normally within 24–48 hours. We may decline an application without giving a reason, and you may apply again if your traffic or plans change. You must be at least 18 and able to promote an adult product lawfully where you operate.

You earn 40% of the net revenue Invisible Girlfriend receives from subscriptions and token purchases made by members you referred, for as long as they stay subscribed. “Net revenue” is what we receive after payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks and any taxes.

Commission is only earned on payments that actually clear. Refunds and chargebacks within 30 days of payment are deducted from your next payout.

A visitor is attributed to you when they arrive through your referral link and create a new account within 30 days of that click. The first affiliate link a visitor clicks wins; later clicks do not move the credit. Existing members, and accounts you create or control yourself, are never attributed (self-referral).

Attribution uses a browser cookie. A visitor who clears cookies, uses another device, or has blocked cookies may not be attributed, and we cannot add them manually.

Payouts are made monthly, for the previous calendar month, once your balance reaches the minimum of $50 [to be confirmed by Invisible Girlfriend]. Balances below the minimum roll over. Payment is by Bank transfer or PayPal [to be confirmed by Invisible Girlfriend]; you are responsible for any fees your bank or provider charges and for any tax due on what you earn.

Until checkout is live on Invisible Girlfriend no purchases can occur, so no commission accrues; your clicks and sign-ups are recorded from the day you are approved and count once purchases begin.

You must not:

• bid on “Invisible Girlfriend”, “invisiblegirlfriend.com” or misspellings of them in paid search, or use them in ad domains or handles;
• send unsolicited email or messages (spam), or use bots, incentivised clicks, cookie-stuffing, iframes or pop-unders;
• promote Invisible Girlfriend to anyone under 18, or on platforms or in places where adult content is not permitted;
• publish sexually explicit imagery of our characters in your promotion — suggestive is fine, explicit is not;
• present yourself as Invisible Girlfriend, run a site that could be mistaken for invisiblegirlfriend.com, or offer discounts or promises we have not published;
• make claims about the product that are not true, including about real people.

Breach lets us withhold unpaid commission and end your participation immediately.

Where you promote Invisible Girlfriend you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission from links you share (for example “#ad” or “affiliate link”), as required by the FTC and equivalent rules in your country.

You may use the logo and banners we provide on your dashboard, as supplied. Do not recolour, stretch or edit the logo, or use artwork of our characters beyond what we give you.

Either of us may end your participation at any time by email. Commission properly earned before the end date is paid on the normal schedule; your link stops recording on the day access ends.

We may change these terms with 14 days’ notice by email and by updating this page. Continuing to share your link after that is acceptance of the new terms.
