Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

In short

  • We collect what we need to run your account: your email, your chats and creations, your purchases, and basic technical data.
  • Your chats are private. Staff can only open them for a stated safety or legal reason, and every access is logged.
  • AI providers process your messages to generate replies. We don’t sell your data or use your chats for advertising.
  • Offer emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • You can download, correct or delete your data — "Delete account" in your Profile removes it.

1Who we are

Invisible Girlfriend is operated by Krisper Media LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, USA. We are the “controller” of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

2What we collect

You give us

  • Account details: email address, and your name and profile photo if you add them or sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
  • Your content: chat messages, prompts, characters you create, photos you upload, and the images, videos and voice notes generated for you. We also keep short summaries of past chats so companions remember context.
  • Support messages and any choices you make, such as opting in to offer emails.

Created when you pay

Your plan or credit pack, amount, date, and the payment provider’s reference and status. Card details go directly to Stripe and crypto payments to NOWPayments; we never receive your full card number.

Collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, and logs of requests, needed for security and to keep the service working.
  • Usage data: pages viewed and features used, through Google Analytics and our own counters (for example, how many messages you have left today).
  • Cookies and similar storage: see section 8.

We don’t ask for sensitive data such as health or financial details. Your chats may reveal things about your sexual preferences; we treat all chat content as confidential and use it only as described here.

3How we use it, and why we’re allowed to

  • To provide the service — your account, chats, generated media, credits and subscriptions (performing our contract with you).
  • To take payments, handle refunds and chargebacks, prevent fraud, and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
  • To keep the service safe and lawful — automated filtering, investigating reports, enforcing our Terms, and responding to lawful requests (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
  • To improve the service — understanding which features are used and fixing problems, mostly with aggregated data (legitimate interests).
  • To send account emails such as verification, password resets and receipts (contract).
  • To send offers by email — only if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe anytime (consent).

We do not sell your personal data, we don’t use your chats for advertising, and we don’t use your conversations to train our own AI models.

4Your chats and staff access

Your chats and generated media are private to your account. Automated filters check content for safety. A person can only open a member’s chats or media through a restricted moderation tool that requires a named moderator and a written reason, gives access for 30 minutes at most, and logs every access. We use it to investigate reports, suspected abuse or illegal content, or when the law requires it.

5Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Invisible Girlfriend, each limited to what they need:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Google Cloud / Firebase (database, login, file storage), DigitalOcean (servers), Cloudflare (network and security).
  • AI generation: OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, and OpenAI (writing chat replies and image descriptions); fal.ai and RunPod (images and video); ElevenLabs (voice notes). They receive the text, images or prompts needed to generate a result and process them under their own terms.
  • Payments: Stripe (cards) and NOWPayments (crypto).
  • Email: Resend (sending account and offer emails) and Google Workspace (our support inbox).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics.

We also disclose data when required by law or to protect people from harm — for example, we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities — and to a buyer if our business is sold, under this policy.

6International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the US and other countries. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (and the UK addendum) or the provider’s certification under the Data Privacy Framework.

7How long we keep it

  • Account data, chats, characters and media: for as long as your account is open.
  • When you delete your account, we delete your profile, chats, characters, library, credits and subscription records from our live database straight away, cancel any subscription, and remove your login. Copies in our encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
  • Payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 7 years).
  • Proof of your offer-email consent or unsubscribe: kept so we can respect your choice.
  • Server logs: kept for a short period for security, then deleted.

8Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember choices such as confirming you are 18+. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but signing in needs the essential ones. See our Cookies Policy.

9Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU or California), you may have the right to access your data and get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. We don’t sell or “share” personal data for cross-context advertising, and we don’t make decisions with legal effects about you using automated processing alone.

  • Delete everything: Profile → Delete account.
  • Stop offer emails: the unsubscribe link in any offer email.
  • Anything else: email [email protected] from your account email. We reply within one month.

If you are in the UK or EU and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).

10Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, a logged moderation gate for any staff access to content, and providers with strong security programmes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.

11Adults only

Invisible Girlfriend is only for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete the account and its data.

12Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change. For significant changes we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
